Minnesota State Plan

The Minnesota State Plan is an initiative to guide all Minnesotans’ efforts to prevent adolescent pregnancy in a comprehensive, culturally responsible way and to increase opportunities in young people’s lives so they can reach adulthood pregnancy-free.

Minnesota State Plan’s recommended interventions focus on evidence-based strategies to prevent early unintended pregnancies, eliminate the disparities in pregnancy rates between youth of color and white teens, as well as address the issues that face adolescent parents and their children.
